It depends on where you are. UK shipping generally takes between 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note our Made to Order pieces will take longer to arrive - estimated times are provided on each individual Made to Order product description.

Cushions: We advise hand-cleaning our cushions with warm water and a non-abrasive cloth. Avoid getting any metalware wet were possible.

Ceramics: Wash with cold water and a non-abrasive cloth.
